Jr. Project Manager - Power Products (Case/Order Management)

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: The customer-facing position will provide order entry and customer support for a named list of targeted EOEM accounts for the $1B Power Products organization. Primary functions include order-based order management (MTS/MTO/CTO) that includes order entry, statement resolution, claims, special price agreement (SPA) maintenance, quoting, expediting, customer website portal use, and customer reports. Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Interfaces with internal and external customers, including coordinating activities with Schneider functional areas, manufacturing, sales, distribution centers, and field services.
