General Manager - Supply Chain Performance Role Purpose The General Manager - Supply Chain Performance is responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across a regional or multi-country supply chain network. The role focuses on deploying Schneider Performance System (SPS) methodologies, optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance, coaching local teams, and leveraging digital solutions to deliver sustainable business results. Key Responsibilities Lead the deployment, governance, and sustainability of the Schneider Performance System (SPS) across multiple sites and entities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, Kaizen, Lean Office, and operational excellence methodologies.
