Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Manager

Come join us in this exciting opportunity, leading the site Engineering functions at our Fairfield, OH. You will drive the industrialization and implementation of new production lines during a period of significant growth and transformation. This role will be responsible for both day-to-day manufacturing engineering leadership and the execution of major line transfers from sister facilities. What Will You Do? • Lead Manufacturing Engineering activities supporting safety, quality, delivery, cost, capacity, and productivity. • Own the industrialization and deployment of new production lines, equipment, processes, and product transfers into the site. • Develop and execute project plans covering layout, equipment installation, process validation, staffing readiness, tooling, test capability, and production ramp-up. • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, Maintenance, and global sister sites to ensure successful transfer and launch execution. • Drive Lean M
