Roles & Responsibilities Act as a Technology Ambassador for Electrical Distribution (EDN) offers, promoting digital technologies, connected products, solutions, tools, and platforms. Provide pre-sales, technical, and application support to sales teams and customers for Electrical Distribution products and solutions. Understand customer requirements, technical specifications, and applications to recommend the most appropriate techno-commercial solution. Support sales teams in customer engagement, solution positioning, technical discussions, and customer conversion. Drive the adoption and successful deployment of digital offers, connected technologies, and energy/power management solutions.
