Controls & MES Transformation Engineer Summary This role supports Schneider Electric’s Supply Chain Performance team in North America and is responsible for driving continuous improvement through digital transformation. The Controls/MES Engineer deploys and supports manufacturing control systems and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions, enables integration between shop floor and enterprise systems, and helps develop digital capabilities across manufacturing sites. The role also acts as a change agent, leveraging strong change management skills to drive user adoption and ensure the successful implementation of new technologies and processes.
