The Smart Factory Engineer at Schneider Electric in El Paso, TX, is a critical role focused on optimizing systems integration, design, and performance for the new El Paso plant. Reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager, this role bridges the gap between physical manufacturing equipment and digital cloud infrastructure to drive our Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) strategy. What Will You Do? EcoStruxure Deployment & Adoption: Drive the sustained adoption and deployment of Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure platforms across the facility, ensuring the site maximizes the value, scalability, and performance of our standard digital ecosystem. Cross-Functional Technical Coaching: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to other departments as they implement digital solutions and smart manufacturing initiatives across the campus. Equipment Integration: Take responsibility for the integration and delivery of digital/natively connected equipment from manufacturing to our Sc
