As a Training Specialist, you deliver engaging learning and technical training through virtual and in-person platforms, ensuring effective pre- and post-session activities for both synchronous and self-paced learning. You monitor product/process evolution, update training programs, and pilot courseware to assess material effectiveness. You maintain safety best practices while preparing learners for future needs.
