Take leading of international transport suppliers’ performance and capability management in daily operation against clearly defined KPIs, daily operation issue resolution, drive continuous improvement Complete Freight Audit Process for international transport billing, to achieve cost saving target with continuous process improvement (such as transport mode optimization, loading factor improvement, forecast accuracy management etc.) Coordinate with other team members to provide best customer service/transport service to customers in all respects, which include, but not limit to, arrange the shipments pass the Customs formalities, shipments
