HR Generalist Organization: Schneider Electric CEELog Distribution Center Location: Szigetszentmiklós Position The HR Generalist plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of HR processes, supporting employees, the HR Business Partner, and business functions. The position is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and coordination activities throughout the entire employee lifecycle, coordinating payroll preparation processes, and supporting HR-related corporate programs and events. Key Responsibilities Employee Support and HR Administration Provide daily support to employees on HR-related matters. Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes. Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, and other HR documentation in cooperation with the HR Services. Prepare monthly HR reports and statistics.
