Application Senior Engineer II - Global Application Operation & Support

The Technical Expert will be part of Custom Applications team under Schneider Digital’s Enterprise IT organization. This position requires extensive experience in Web Application Development What will you do? Worked as Individual Contributor, managed and derived outcome from dev team. Has Experience in running end-to-end project L3 / Enhancement; have handled real life complex problem independently / Project & Run Delivery. Can comprehend client interactions, handle business requirements and analysis, solution designing. Individual Contributor / technical Lead who can Contribute actively on technical stuff and manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, risk management, UAT, deployment and transition to support. Ensure adherence to SDLC/Agile practices, quality standards, and governance controls. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies across teams. Own execution of change requests, enhancements, and production defect fixes. Manage and mentor 5–7 devel
