Laboratory manager - Angoulême - F/H

Your role: You will join the C&S division’s Research and Development team in Angoulême, a dynamic and dedicated team where a positive atmosphere, customer focus, innovation, collaboration, and meeting deadlines are the hallmarks of our daily work. You will report to the Director of Research and Development (Maelle) and will serve as the representative for the laboratory division, managing a team of 15 people and several subcontractors. Your missions: Laboratory Department Representative: Conduct testing and provide related expertise for new products as well as our current products Ensure compliance with testing rules and methods, as well as updates to these Ensure that the necessary expertise and testing resources are available to meet requirements Develop a budget and meet related objectives (operational and project-based) Support other laboratories as needed Effectively build and maintain a professional network within the laboratory community Responsible for quality, safety, and accr
