Schneider Electric's Solar & Storage team is seeking a highly motivated Power Electronics and Controls Specialist with strong expertise in the development of solar, battery energy storage, EV charging, and grid-interactive power conversion systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in the architecture, design, control, validation, certification, and industrialization of next-generation energy products. This individual will lead the development of advanced power electronics hardware and controls, conduct system-level trade-off studies, support certification and compliance activities, and drive products from concept through production.
