Analyst, Credit Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Collections Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, driving the collection of outstanding receivables, assist in resolving account disputes, and supporting the organization's cash flow objectives The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and French (written and verbal) and possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. This position requires regular interaction with customers and internal stakeholders across Canada. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collections of outstanding balances Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence in both English and French Analyze aging reports and prioritize collection activities to minimize delinquency Partner with Project Managers, Sales, Claims and other internal departments to resolve account-relat
