Fulfillment Coordinator

The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end coordination of complex customer and service-related orders, ensuring accurate booking, timely fulfillment, and seamless post-sales support. The role partners closely with Sales, Global Supply Chain, Service Operations, Field Service, Accounts Receivable, and Logistics. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of customer and service orders from booking through invoicing. Validate order accuracy and resolve booking discrepancies. Monitor order backlog and prioritize based on service and customer impact. Provide shipment tracking, resolve carrier issues, and manage logistics inquiries. Support invoicing, credits, RMAs, and work order closure. Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational and customer issues. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
