Production Manager

About the Role: The Production Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing operations to ensure products are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with quality and cost requirements. This position requires a self-directed leader with strong electro-mechanical manufacturing, operations management, and Lean experience, including the Toyota Production System (TPS), Schneider Performance System (SPS), or a comparable operating system. The Production Manager owns execution of the production schedule and works cross-functionally with Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, and Human Resources to resolve constraints and meet production start dates, completion dates, and customer delivery commitments.
