In this role, you’ll be the face of Deliveroo for our newest partners in the Belgium and Netherlands markets, ensuring every restaurant has a seamless transition onto our platform.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h3> <p>You’ll be joining the <strong>Restaurant Launch</strong> team. We are centralising our launch and sales development activity into a high-energy hub to ensure a consistent, world-class experience for our European Small and Medium Business (SMB) partners.</p> <p>Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:</p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Drive Partner Onboarding:</strong> Act as the primary guide for new restaurants, helping them get set up and fully prepared to start taking their first orders.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Deliver High-Touch Service:</strong> Use your communication and problem-solving skills to answer partner questions and provide exceptional support during the onboarding journey.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Own the Phone:</strong> Manage a high volume of calls, maintaining a strong presence while helping partners navigate the technical and operational steps of joining Deliveroo.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Collaborate for Success:</strong> Work cross-functionally with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure a flawless "handover" for every new partner.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Hit Ambitious KPIs:</strong> Develop and maintain daily call plans to meet challenging targets while ensuring no partner is left behind.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You’ll Need to Thrive</strong></h3> <p><strong>Essential</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Linguistic Proficiency:</strong> Native or fluent in <strong>Flemish/Dutch and English</strong> (written and verbal).</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Communication & Confidence:</strong> A strong phone presence and the confidence to make regular outbound calls to restaurant owners and managers.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>IT Literacy:</strong> Comfortable using internal systems and CRM tools to keep partner information accurate and up to date.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Resilience:</strong> The ability to work to tight turnaround times and navigate complex requests with empathy and professionalism.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Team Spirit:</strong> A collaborative approach—being a positive influence and someone others genuinely enjoy working with.</p> </li> </ul> <p><
