<h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We are hiring for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market for our Trust and Safety portfolio. Millions of people trust Chime with their financial lives, and you’ll shape how we talk about the products that keep them safe, turning security capabilities members rarely think about into protections they understand, adopt and value. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, Lending, Trust & Safety</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You’ll partner closely with Product, Risk, Legal, and Brand to shape product narratives, influence roadmap decisions, and drive responsible adoption. This role sits at the intersection of growth and financial responsibility, requiring strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to balance business impact with member trust and regulatory considerations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $150,000.00 and up to $208,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>In this role, you can expect to</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Own and execute go-to-market strategy for Chime’s Trust & Safety suite, from launch through iteration and scale. Establish best practices and frameworks for repeatable, high-quality product launches</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that drives customer understanding and adoption</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Risk, Brand, Analytics and Legal to ensure cohesive execution</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Influence product strategy and roadmap through customer insights, market understanding, and competitive analysis</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Own business outcomes: Improve product adoption, engagement, and retention through data-informed marketing strategies</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>To thrive in this role, you have</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">6–10+ years of experience in product marketing with at least 3+ years of regulated financial services experience</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven track record of owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy for products or features</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong grounding in product marketing fundamentals: audien
