The best is yet to come!</p> <h4><strong>Why you want this job</strong></h4> <p>As a Systems Engineer I, you’ll help support the systems, applications, and infrastructure that keep SeekWell’s businesses running. This is a growth-oriented engineering role where you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to monitor system health, respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain secure and reliable technology environments. You’ll partner with teams across IT and the business, learn modern infrastructure practices, and build the foundation for a long-term career in systems engineering.</p> <p><strong>Schedule and work expectations</strong></p> <p>This is a full-time role with core working hours that may vary between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. This role also participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation every few weeks, including occasional after-hours support when urgent issues arise.</p> <h4><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Monitor system performance, availability, and security, escalating issues when needed.</li> <li>Respond to systems-related support requests and help troubleshoot hardware, software, access, storage, and application issues.</li> <li>Assist with administration of core systems such as Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, AWS, and related business applications.</li> <li>Support software releases, patching, upgrades, backups, and infrastructure maintenance activities.</li> <li>Help maintain endpoint management processes, including device configuration, compliance, and deployment support through tools such as Intune or SCCM.</li> <li>Use PowerShell or other scripting tools to support automation, reporting, and repeatable operational tasks.</li> <li>Document troubleshooting steps, system changes, standard processes, and known issues so the team can scale support effectively.</li> <li>Partner with network, telecom, software development, help desk, security, and business teams to understand needs and deliver practical solutions.</li> <li>Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation and help respond to urgent system issues.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What you'll need</strong></h4> <ul> <li>2+ years of hands-on IT, systems administration, help desk, infrastructure, cloud, or related technical experience.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and basic security practices.</li> <li>Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.</li> <li>Familiarity with endpoint management, virtualization, backup tools, monitoring tools, or ticketing systems.</li> <li>Basic scripting or automation experience, preferably with PowerShell.</li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot methodically, research unfamiliar issues, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners.</li> <li>A bachelor’s degree in a related field, relevant certifications, or equivalent practical experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</stro
