As we expand, we’re looking for talented <strong>Sr. Salesforce Developers</strong> in Canada, who bring both technical know-how and strong collaboration skills. </p> <p>We are committed to a remote-first culture that enables you to thrive in your role—no need to relocate. </p> <h3>The Role </h3> <p>As a <strong>Senior Salesforce Developer</strong>, you’ll help design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support our internal teams and business growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to scalable architecture, and be part of a company where your impact is visible and valued. </p> <h3>What You’ll Be Doing </h3> <ul> <li>Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools. </li> <li>Translate business needs into technical solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. </li> <li>Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems (APIs, middleware, etc.). </li> <li>Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to peer reviews and architecture discussions. </li> <li>Participate in Agile sprints, support QA/UAT testing, and help drive technical best practices. </li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring </h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of Salesforce development experience </li> <li>Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) </li> <li>Familiarity with declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules</li> <li>Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft or similar)</li> <li>Solid understanding of Salesforce security, deployment, and version control tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.)</li> <li>Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder, etc.)</li> <li>Previous experience working with U.S. teams or companies </li> <li>Good written and spoken English (B2+ level or higher)</li> <li>Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection </li> <li>Eligible to work in the U.S.</li> <li><strong>Required to have a Canadian passport or a valid US visitor visa to enter the US and attend meetings.</strong></li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3>Why You’ll Love Working Here </h3> <p>We take care of our people.
