As an LQA Analyst I, you'll be among the first to experience our games in your native language and help shape how they resonate with players across the globe. This is an entry-level role perfect for linguistically sharp, detail-oriented professionals looking to break into games or localization. You’ll test pre-release content for linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and UI functionality—while learning the tools, systems, and collaboration models that bring 2K’s global experiences to life. <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Execute test passes on localized builds to verify linguistic, functional, and visual accuracy</li> <li>Identify and log localization bugs—ranging from translation issues to UI problems—using detailed, reproducible steps</li> <li>Ensure consistency in spelling, grammar, terminology, tone, variable usage, and cultural appropriateness</li> <li>Amend or propose edits and translations to objective linguistic issues directly in text management systems</li> <li>Analyze reported issues to identify potential root causes and flag patterns that may indicate systemic localization or i18n risks.</li> <li>Flag localization risks early in the development cycle, including potential issues with variables, UI constraints, or source text clarity</li> <li>Support glossary and style guide validation as part of broader quality review cycles</li> <li>Follow documented test plans and contribute to test case creation and improvement</li> <li>Evaluate localization quality against first-party standards, platform-holder t
