The Director of Program Delivery will build, lead, and scale the technical program management practice that supports our growing portfolio of studios. This leader owns the strategic direction for how Technology engages with studios — translating business priorities into program structure, hiring and developing a high-performing team, and establishing the operating rhythms (governance, reporting, escalation paths) that let delivery scale with the business.</p> <p data-path-to-node="7">The Director will partner directly with 2K Technology, Studio, and Publishing leadership to shape roadmaps, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and ensure delivery commitments are met across an evolving studio portfolio.
