We hire people who challenge and hold each other accountable for living 3Cloud’s core values because they know that it will result in amazing experiences and solutions for our clients and each other.</p></div><p><strong>(Contract Employment - 6 months)</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work directly with General Manager (GDC) and US People Team supporting an exceptional experience for the Global Delivery Center team. </li> <li>Ensure alignment with business and HR strategic objectives and serve as local HR support to individual contributors in the Philippines.</li> <li>Serve as local HR contact and support for Philippines-based individual contributors and people managers.</li> <li>Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives; ensure local HR practices comply with global standards and Philippine labor laws.</li> <li>Oversee end-to-end employee experience including recruitment support, onboarding, HRIS and benefits administration, 201 file maintenance, and offboarding.</li> <li>Monitor performance management processes, lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.</li> <li>Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers; provide guidance on complex HR issues; maintain legal compliance, policies, and Employee Handbook; act as liaison for audits and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Manage compensation and benefits strategy in collaboration with global HR teams.</li> <li>Drive employee engagement, culture-building programs, and change management initiatives; collaborate on HR projects and programs.</li> <li>Partner with senior leadership on organizational design and strategic HR decisions; represent HR in leadership meetings; mentor HR team members for capability building.</li> <li>Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve processes.</li> <li>Perform office management duties and other HR-related tasks as required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience required. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.</li> <li>8–12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including strategic HR business partnering within fast-paced, global, or high-growth organizations.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience advising senior leadership and influencing organizational decisions through strategic people initiatives.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment practices, compliance requirements, and employee relations management.</li> <li>Proven success leading talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.</li> <li>Exceptional business partnership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.</li> <li>Razor-sharp attention to detail with the ab
