We are dedicated to creating a significant impact for our employees by fostering a culture that sparks innovation and supports professional and personal growth along the way.</p></div><h3><strong>Overview of Role</strong></h3> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Associate Delivery Manager with a strong Agile and Scrum background to support the successful delivery of customer-facing technology programs across cloud, data, AI, analytics, and application development initiatives.</p> <p>This role is ideal for professionals with approximately 3+ years of experience who have worked as a Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, Agile Delivery Lead, Technical Project Coordinator, or Associate Project Manager and are looking to grow into broader Delivery Management responsibilities.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating Agile delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, removing delivery impediments, and ensuring timely execution of project milestones. You will partner closely with Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Engineering teams, and customers to deliver high-quality technology solutions while continuously improving Agile maturity and delivery excellence. In addition to supporting larger and more complex programs, you will also have the opportunity to independently manage smaller customer engagements as the Delivery Manager, taking ownership of planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and successful delivery.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h2><strong>Delivery Coordination</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Support the successful delivery of software, cloud, data, AI, and application development projects.</li> <li>Coordinate sprint execution, release planning, project tracking, and delivery milestones.</li> <li>Assist Delivery Managers in monitoring project health, risks, dependencies, and delivery schedules.</li> <li>Track project progress, team capacity, resource allocation, and delivery metrics.</li> <li>Escalate delivery risks and blockers proactively while driving timely resolution.</li> <li>Ensure project documentation, governance artifacts, and status reports are maintained accurately.</li> <li>Support multiple concurrent Agile projects and distributed engineering teams.</li> <li><strong>Independently manage smaller customer engagements as the Delivery Manager, owning end-to-end delivery including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, and successful project outcomes.</strong></li> <li><strong>Balance responsibilities across independently managed engagements while providing delivery support to larger, strategic programs led by sen
