<p>A24 is seeking an International Publicity Coordinator to join our London Publicity team. This person will be a motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking, communication, and time management with a minimum of 2 years of professional UK or International entertainment PR experience or relevant internships in PR.</p> <p><strong>Initial Responsibilities </strong></p> <p>Administrative & Scheduling Support</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support for European Senior Publicists and the Global PR Department as needed: prepare agendas, circulate materials, track updates, and communicate priorities for internal meetings; schedule calls, meetings, and screenings; and take minutes when requested.</li> <li>Organize and update inter-departmental calendars, timelines, and various internal documents</li> <li>Work closely with international partners, understanding cultural nuances and communication differences to support cohesive global campaigns</li> <li>Serve as a consistent communication liaison with internal teams (Publicity, Marketing, Creative, Distribution, Legal, Finance), and agencies</li> <li>Manage expenses and process a high volume of invoices - coding, tracking, and ensuring timely payment in partnership with AP/Finance and vendors; maintain organized financial documentation</li> </ul> <p>Travel, Logistics & Event Coverage</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate Talent, Filmmaker, and Executive travel: book cars, flights, trains, private charters, and hotels</li> <li>Staff publicity-related events: cover talent at press and special screenings, press days/interviews, film festivals, and awards-related events</li> <li>Oversee logistics for international press activity, set visits, press trips, premieres and special events, coordinating travel, accommodation, groomers, crews and suppliers in collaboration with the publicity team and/or agencies</li> </ul> <p>Press & Materials Management</p> <ul> <li>Compile, track and blast press breaks, reviews, and reactions to appropriate distribution lists</li> <li>Maintain and update Publicity files & press site: imagery, title treatments, press notes, clips, trailers, key art, and send links to select press / team members when needed</li> <li>Draft decks, presentations, and campaign documents for internal teams, filmmakers, and awards partners</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in entertainment PR, preferably within film or TV, either in‑house or agency‑side, with a proven ability to work across multiple campaigns, talent schedules and priorities or equivalent internship experience </li> <li>A passion for film and entertainment</li> <li>Proven experience working in a fast-paced PR environment, managing multiple deadlines and stakeholder pressure while staying calm, composed, and professional </li> <li>Availability for out of hours events e.g evening and weekend screenings, film festivals, Q&As and special events </li> <li>Some international travel may be required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Characteristics</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational abilities and comfort managing shifting priorities under pressure</li> <li>Reliable and proactive</li> <li>Extreme attention to detail</li> <li>Personable, social, and enthusiastic</li> <li>Sound judgment when working with senior executives, talent, VIPs, global partners, and stakeholders</li> <li>Knowledge of UK and/or International publicity, marketing and social campaigns as well as red carpet / premiere media manage
