At AbCellera, the quality of your work directly enables the science happening around you.</p> <p><strong>H</strong><strong>ow you might spend your days </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Biology Focus:</strong> Supporting high-throughput screening workflows, preparing cell isolates from primary sources, executing cell enrichment protocols, developing and performing complex functional assays, and maintaining cell stocks and freezer inventories. </li> <li><strong>Protein Science: </strong>Supporting DNA cloning, library production, protein purification, conjugation and quality assessment workflows. There may be opportunities to work on antibodies and multispecifics early developability assessment, including working with liquid handlers.</li> <li><strong>Translational Science: </strong>Supporting pharmacokinetic (PK) or in vivo disease model studies through various lab techniques including plate-based analyses (ELISA and mesoscale), flow cytometry, tissue processing, and cell culture. There will be opportunities to perform established assays and also contribute to the development and optimization of new assays. </li> <li><strong>Process Development: </strong>Performing routine analyses of samples in support of Process Development, and running a variety of analytical instruments including UPLC, UV-VIS, plate reader, automated liquid handlers, and pH meters.</li> <li><strong>Quality Control: </strong>Supporting analytical or microbiology laboratory activities, including sample and reagent preparation, GMP testing, laboratory documentation, investigation or troubleshooting work, and data analysis and review. Depending on project needs, students may also assist with environmental and utility monitoring, and equipment-related activities. </li> </ul> <p><strong>All lab-based interns may also spend time: </strong>Supporting core lab leadership and project teams to meet deliverables and timelines; preparing, labelling and aliquoting common lab reagents and bulk media to support scientific workflows; maintaining and implementing standard operating procedures while recognizing and addressing opportunities for improvements; performing lab organization and maintenance tasks, such as chemical inventory checks and setting up new instruments.</p> <p><strong>W</strong><strong>e’d love to hear from you if </strong></p> <ul> <li>You’re available for an interview on October 15th and 16th, 2026</li> <li>You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, and have previous experience operating in a wet lab environment </li> <li>You enjoy bench work and are looking for an opportunity to hone your technical skill s
