Our focus is to expand our technology lead, acquire and integrate less efficient competitors, and tap into new segments through an integrated inbound marketing and sales approach.</p> <p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p> <p>The Process Server Performance Proof Team sits at the intersection of support and compliance, ensuring that proofs of service submitted by field servers are accurate, legally sufficient, and returned in a timely manner. This team acts as the front line for reviewing proof documentation, coaching servers on correct completion, and resolving problem documents before they become case-jeopardizing errors. This is not a document-processing or e-filing role it's a performance and compliance-driven function focused on getting proofs right and getting servers the feedback they need to improve.</p> <p><strong><em>This position is remote but located in Montana, North Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arkansas, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida.</em></strong></p> <p> </p> <h3>What You'll Do</h3> <p><strong>Proof Review & Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review affidavits/certificates of service submitted by field servers for accuracy, confirming that names, addresses, dates, times, and manner of service are correctly documented and legally sufficient</li> <li>Ensure proofs meet the specific formatting and content requirements of the jurisdiction where the case is filed, understanding that rules vary significantly by state and even by county</li> <li>Identify notary-related errors on submitted proofs and advise servers when a document requires notarization (note: this team does not coordinate with notaries directly)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Server Coaching & Escalation Handling</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the escalation point for "problem documents" — proofs that come in with errors — and work to get them corrected</li> <li>Provide direct coaching and feedback to servers when proofs are completed correctly or incorrectly, helping build long-term accuracy and reduce recurring errors</li> <li>Follow up on failed service attempts and court clerk rejections, guiding servers through correction and resubmission</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting & Performance Tracking</strong></p> <ul> <li>Run and work through regular reports on a daily basis</li> <li>Track individual server performance to identify trends and areas needing improvement</li> <li>Manage secondary reports as applicable</li> <li>Conduct direct outreach to servers regarding proofs that have not yet been returned (100+ daily outreach volume)</li> <li>Review Skye logs in full and follow them closely, staying on top of document and service edits to quickly understand the current status of a case</li> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate on large-scale projects with the team and cross-functionally with other de
