Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and Technology, the Senior Architect analyzes business processes, systems, and data to deliver scalable technology solutions and improve existing applications. The role partners closely with business users to understand objectives, streamline workflows, improve data quality, and reduce operational risk.</p> <p>Responsibilities span strategic initiatives, application enhancements, systems integration, and production support across business entity mastering, client reporting, client relationship and marketing technology, business intelligence, AI initiatives, and enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, analytical problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and communicates effectively with both business and technical teams. This position reports to the Principal Business Analyst.</p> <p>Acadian supports a hybrid work environment; employees are on-site in the Boston office 3 days a week.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and Technology to define and deliver effective solutions.</li> <li>Build trusted partnerships with business users to understand objectives, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into actionable user stories and functional specifications.</li> <li>Analyze business processes, systems, and data to improve efficiency, data quality, controls, and user experience.</li> <li>Document business workflows, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, business rules, and data governance requirements.</li> <li>Participate in solution design, testing, implementation, and post-production validation.</li> <li>Develop test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing, and validate production releases.</li> <li>Investigate, prioritize, and coordinate resolution of production issues.</li> <li>Produce clear documentation, knowledge articles, and user training materials.</li> <li>Partner with other IT delivery teams on cross-functional initiatives.</li> <li>Contribute to product roadmaps and longer-term technology planning.</li> <li>Conduct meetings and drive collaboration between business and technical teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><strong>We’re Looking for Teammates
