As a first-line leader, this position serves as a key resource to the team and the organization, bringing expertise in disease state knowledge, the selling process, product portfolio, and customer engagement within the LTC environment.</p> <p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <p><em>People Leadership</em></p> <ul> <li>Recruit, interview, and hire top-performing sales specialists.</li> <li>Build and model a customer-centric culture by establishing strong relationships with key customers.</li> <li>Motivate and inspire the team around a shared vision and business objectives.</li> <li>Plan and execute effective sales meetings and performance discussions.</li> <li>Represent Acadia’s mission, values, and standards both internally and externally.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li> </ul> <p><em>Sales Coaching & Talent Development</em></p> <ul> <li>Conduct regular field visits and provide timely, actionable coaching focused on customer engagement, territory management, and account execution.</li> <li>Assess sales behaviors, providing recognition for strong performance and identifying development opportunities as needed.</li> <li>Address performance and personnel issues promptly and professionally.</li> <li>Partner with sales specialists to develop and execute individualized development plans that support success in current roles and future career growth at Acadia.</li> </ul> <p><em>Business & Performance Management</em></p> <ul> <li>Establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to results.</li> <li>Drive alignment through effective business planning, execution, and review processes.</li> <li>Develop, manage, and adhere to budgets.</li> <li>Monitor, analyze, and interpret business performance metrics; make adjustments as needed.</li> <li>Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance expectations.</li> </ul> <p><em>Cross-Functional Partnership</em></p> <ul> <li>Participate in cross-functional and corporate initiatives that support broader organizational goals and community impact.</li> <li>
