Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more. </div> <div> </div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div> </div> </div></div><p><strong>The work:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement</li> <li>Lead business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives to align workflows with organizational strategy</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements</li> <li>Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution designs</li> <li>Design and support Pega based business architecture solutions</li> <li>Facilitate workshops, interviews, and cross functional working sessions</li> <li>Develop business cases and recommendations for proposed enhancements</li> <li>Partner with technical teams to ensure alignment between business and technical objectives</li> <li>Support change management activities and assist teams through process transitions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's what you need: </strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of professional experience </li> <li>Expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), workflow analysis, and process optimization</li> <li>Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation</li> <li>Familiarity with process mapping and requirements management tools</li> <li>Ability to translate complex processes into clear and actionable insights</li> <li>Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and driving consensus</li> <li>Bachelors degree strongly desired </li> <li>Must have active Top Secret clearance</li> <li>Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Arlington, VA</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pega certification (Business Architect, System Architect, or related)</li> <li>Hands on experience with Pega in business architecture or process design contexts</li> <li>Experience with process automation tools</li> <li>Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) </li> <li>Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks</li> <li>Experience delivering end to end process transformations</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on l
