This role provides direct operational support to leadership and contributes to efficient and seamless program enablement.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as direct support to the PMO Lead and AGC Leads</li> <li>Administer core functions, including personnel management, tracking, and onboarding/offboarding workflows</li> <li>Provide operational support across multiple programs to ensure continuity and effectiveness</li> <li>Develop, maintain, and organize comprehensive program documentation</li> <li>Prepare and deliver key performance indicator (KPI) reports for program leadership and assist with client communications</li> <li>Support ad hoc administrative tasks as needed</li> <li>Manage onboarding tasks, including clearance crossover support and coordination with resources throughout the process</li> <li>Maintain and track personnel schedules and updates</li> <li>Manage customer facility access requests and maintain equipment inventory</li> <li>Distribute and track smartcards, including monitoring expiration dates</li> <li>Facilitate resource enablement within SWA workspaces</li> <li>Run and document security calls; maintain security-related trackers</li> <li>Review security documentation, providing feedback and necessary corrections</li> <li>Proactively identify and escalate personnel concerns to program leadership</li> <li>Support the planning, organization, and execution of employee engagement events</li> <li>Coordinate and provide training on open/close procedures</li> <li>Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions while maintaining knowledge repositories for team reference</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's What You Need</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree</li> <li>Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) with overall strong computer proficiency </li> <li>Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR or personnel-support role</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Must have a personal vehicle</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points if you have: </
