You will:</p> <ul> <li>Understand the current system and how it functions </li> <li>Assist in design and development of applications based on business requirement </li> <li>Upgrade and modify applications per business needs</li> <li>Creating manual and automated test scenarios, and testing the system accurately by the appropriate deadlines </li> <li>Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications</li> <li>Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion </li> <li>Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines </li> <li>Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities</li> <li>Be available for migrations (during non-standard business hours)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's what you need: </strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years professionally work experience as a Business Analyst with an active Top Secret clearance.</li> <li>Must understand, gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories in JIRA. </li> <li>Ability to create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.</li> <li>Full lifecycle development using Agile.</li> <li>Willingness to work 100% onsite in Washington, DC.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements: </strong></p> <p>US Citizenship required</p> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
