This role focuses on operating, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure and platform services in a fast-paced, agile environment. This position requires designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud-based systems and applications through infrastructure such as code and automation scripting, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in our centralized vision, decentralized command culture that emphasizes solution ownership and a fail-fast, fail-forward mindset.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Design and implement secure, scalable cloud architectures across multiple platforms based on program templates and established best practices</li> <li>Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code for consistent, repeatable deployments</li> <li>Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable delivery</li> <li>Configure and optimize cloud security controls and compliance measures</li> <li>Design cloud native disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity solutions</li> <li>Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and implement performance optimizations Basic scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for operational tasks</li> <li>Experience with version control systems (Git)</li> <li>Security & Compliance Support <ul> <li>Implement and maintain security controls in cloud environments under guidance of senior team members</li> <li>Support security audits, STIG compliance checks, and vulnerability remediation activities</li> <li>Assist with access control management, encryption key operations, and certificate management</li> <li>Contribute to security documentation and operational procedure maintenance</li> <li>Monitor infrastructure for security alerts and coordinate remediation with security teams </li> </ul> </li> <li>Agile Delivery & Continuous Improvement <ul> <li>Operate within Agile framework – participate in sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions</li> <li>Take ownership of assigned operational tasks and platform components</li> <li>Embrace fail-fast mentality – identify improvement opportunities, propose solutions, iterate quickly</li> <li>Contribute to process improvement initiatives, automation development, and operational efficiency Document lessons learned and contribute to team knowledge sharing </li> </ul> </li> <li>Collaboration & Growth Experience <
