You'll harden and patch production systems, build and maintain infrastructure-as-code, and troubleshoot issues directly with customers when something breaks.</p> <p><strong>What You'll<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Own:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Technical support for cloud-based systems and applications, including root-cause analysis and issue escalation as needed</li> <li>Day-to-day administration, hardening, and patching of Windows and Linux systems across supported cloud environments</li> <li>Infrastructure-as-code<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>and configuration-as-code development (primarily Ansible) supporting provisioning and ongoing operations</li> <li>IAM policy configuration and Active Directory/Group Policy administration for customer environments</li> <li>Vulnerability scanning and patch deployment in<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>coordination with the cybersecurity team</li> <li>Direct customer-facing troubleshooting and support, from onboarding through day-to-day issue resolution</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Deliver:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hardened, patched, and documented system configurations across supported cloud environments</li> <li>Working infrastructure/configuration-as-code scripts and templates, stored and maintained in the customer's repository</li> <li>Timely vulnerability scan results and remediation actions, documented and communicated to stakeholders</li> <li>Accurate, current customer environment<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>records — accounts, access, and tracking/database entries</li> <li>Resolved tickets with clear documentation of root cause and resolution</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's What You Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of systems administration and automation experience (Windows and/or Linux, PowerShell and/or<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Bash scripting), including experience building and deploying software</li> <li>Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or 4+ years of relevant job or military experience in lieu of degree</li> <li>DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Security+, CISSP,<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>
