They will develop configuration strategies, manage change control processes, and maintain accurate records in a Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The role is a blend of administrative tracking, auditing, and engineering change management. </p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement configuration management plans, policies, and procedures.</li> <li>Establish and maintain accurate configuration baselines for hardware, software, and documentation.</li> <li>Oversee engineering change requests (ECRs) and support </li> <li>Support asset tracking accuracy and lifecycle visibility.</li> <li>Conduct regular configuration audits and verification tests to check consistency against actual infrastructure.</li> </ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3 to 5+ years in IT service management, software development, or systems engineering operations.</li> <li>Familiarity with CMDB tools, ITIL frameworks, and version control or tracking software (e.g., Polarion, Team Foundation Server, ServiceNow).</li> <li>High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional communication skills.</li> <li>Active Secret clearance</li> </ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>#clearancejobs</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
