This role will be on-site in San Diego, CA and requires an active secret clearance.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform comprehensive vulnerability management and security assessments to safeguard systems, networks, and data.</li> <li>Identify and mitigate risks across software, hardware, and networking components.</li> <li>Conduct system security testing during lab-based and site-based assessments.</li> <li>Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize remediation efforts and ensure compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).</li> <li>Maintain and update RMF documentation, including Security Controls artifacts, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s What You Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, cyber security or related science degree or 3 years equivalent experience. </li> <li>Experience conducting STIG checks to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, utilizing industry best practices and tools to update systems and mitigate security risks</li> <li>Security+ Certification</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points If You Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>CISSP or CISA Certifications</li> <li>Linux+ or RHSA Certifications</li> <li>Red Hat Enterprise Linux experience with knowledge of SELinux (MAC and DAC security mechanisms)</li> <li>Previous networking experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li>US Citizenship required, dual citizens not eligible</li> <li>An active Secret clearance is required for this role with ability to obtain TS/SCI</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span&
