Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more. </div> <div> </div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div> </div> </div></div><p></p> <p>Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Deployment Lead to join our team and support our client in the Hanover, MD area.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and execute software deployments in a fast-paced, high-security environment</li> <li>Oversee the deployment process, ensuring seamless integration of updates and changes across systems</li> <li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage deployment schedules, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system stability</li> <li>Navigate complex environments and ensure compliance with established protocols</li> <li>Streamline workflows and implement automation</li> <li>Develop and refine scripts to optimize deployment processes</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need: </strong></p> <ul> <li>3 years of experience with the change management processes and managing deployments</li> <li>1 year of experience with GitLab, Jira, and/or Ansible</li> <li>Monitoring and analysis experience of network connectivity and performance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points if you have: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Python</li> <li>Experience with scripting and automation </li> <li>DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Sec+, CISSP, CASP, etc.)</li> <li>Experience working in high-security settings</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Clearance: </strong></p> <p>Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance </p> <p></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
