Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more. </div> <div> </div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div> </div> </div></div><p><strong>Job Description</strong>:</p> <p>As a DevSecOps Engineer III, you will design, build, and maintain a stable and efficient infrastructure to optimize service delivery across production, QA, and development environments throughout the development lifecycle.</p> <p><strong>The work you'll do</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve building, packaging, and deployment processes.</li> <li>Implement automated infrastructure capabilities like backups, security tools, monitoring.</li> <li>Utilize a consistent DevOps approach to improve all phases of the process and ensure end-to-end quality across functions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's what you'll need</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Certification to satisfy IAT Level 2 (e.g., Security+, GSEC, SSCP, or similar).</li> <li>7+ years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on infrastructure automation, scalability, and reliability across the software development lifecycle; and delivering DevSecOps services across multiple classified domains (e.g., IL5, IL6+).</li> <li>Knowledge of deployment/configuration management tools like Jenkins, Maven, Puppet, and/or Ansible.</li> <li>Experience utilizing version control tools like GIT, Bitbucket, SVN, and/or CVS.</li> <li>Experienced with network infrastructure, database, cloud and data center operations, and security protocols.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows OS.</li> <li>Understands AWS and other services.</li> <li>Experience with programming and scripting with languages like Python, Perl, Bash, PHP, Java, SQL, or C++.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points if you have</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and other automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Artifactory, SonarQube, and/or Prisma Cloud).</li> <li>Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), in a Linux environment (e.g., RHEL, Oracle Linux, or similar).</li> <li>Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform and/or CloudFormation, Ansible).</li> <li>Experience with Tier 1-3 customer support and ticketing systems (e.g., GitLab Service Desk or ServiceNow).</li> <li>Understanding of AWS capabilities (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, etc) and architecting secure cloud-based infrastructure and services.</li> <li>Hands-on experience configuring applications and systems to comply with Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Security Requirements Guide (SRG) by implementing
