This role supports secure, scalable, and compliant deployment of these platforms, aligning with federal standards and organizational objectives. <br>The Enterprise AI Feature Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and AFS Leadership to help deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative AI-based applications. <br>The project includes procurement, NIST 800-171 security approvals handled by the operations team, Entra ID SSO integration, logging integration, user feedback collection, and operational readiness with dedicated support resources. <br>This role requires assisting in solving technical problems, applying existing methods, and learning new approaches to support successful implementation. <br> </p> <p><strong>The Work</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage Licensing Process </li> <li>Manage application configuration </li> <li>Manage features against FedRAMP approved services</li> <li>Help identify and resolve technical issues and dependencies throughout the development lifecycle.</li> <li>Collaborate with team to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.</li> <li>Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing for operational readiness.</li> <li>Continuously learn and stay informed about AI technologies and industry practices. <br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>What you need</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree Required</li> <li>US Citizenship required</li> <li>Proven experience in enterprise AI platform deployment and integration.</li> <li>Experience with at least one of the following enterprise AI tools: </li> <li>Google Gemini for Gov </li> <li>M365 Copilot</li> <li>ChatGPT Gov</li> <li>Understanding of federal security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-171).</li> <li>Cloud-based infrastructure, identity management, and secure system design.</li> <li>Proficiency in programming and scripting for automation and integration tasks.</li> <li>Knowledge of data management</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment</li> <li>Willingness to learn and continuously expand knowledge <br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus if you have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Understanding of ve
