You must be adept at leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Amazon Q Developer) to accelerate delivery, while applying strict human oversight to validate, secure, and maintain complex enterprise code. </p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Write, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular 21 front-end code.</li> <li>Use AI tools to generate boilerplate, write unit tests, and perform application modernization tasks.</li> <li>Ensure AI-generated outputs strictly adhere to security, AWS cloud architecture, and PostgreSQL database standards.</li> <li>Manually review, debug, and optimize code to prevent integration issues and low-quality abstractions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Undergraduate or Master's degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of software engineering experience. </li> <li>Strong expertise in Java/Springboot, Angular(version 17 or higher), PostgreSQL, and AWS environments.</li> <li>4+ Years Experience In JAVA/Springboot.</li> <li>4+ Years Experience in Angular.</li> <li>3+ Years Experience in PostgresQL.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working in AI-assisted development workflows. </li> <li>Excellent debugging and architectural design skills to steer AI agents effectively.</li> <li>Active Top Secret Clearance.</li> <li>Willing to be 100% onsite in Washington, DC.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points if you have: </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Containerization:</strong> Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.</li> <li><strong>Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): </strong>Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.</li> <li><strong>Agile Development:</strong> Experience working in Agile development environments.</li> <li><strong>Problem Solving:</strong> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges
