Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more. </div> <div> </div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div> </div> </div></div><p><strong>The work:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform advanced geospatial analysis to support nationwide coverage reinvestment activities, including suitability models, geospatial overlays, multi‑criteria assessments, and nationwide spatial evaluations to identify optimal AOI candidate locations.</li> <li>Manage, process, and analyze large ArcGIS datasets using scripts, automation, and advanced geoprocessing tools to efficiently handle significant spatial and tabular data inputs.</li> <li>Produce technically accurate maps, layers, models, and documentation packages to support engineering, business, and investment decision‑making across multi‑state and national public safety programs.</li> <li>Integrate crowdsourced datasets, RAN‑derived inputs, and third‑party GIS sources to generate insights that guide AOI identification, prioritization, and justification.</li> <li>Solve complex geospatial data challenges by developing, validating, and refining workflows for large datasets to ensure data integrity, repeatability, and auditability.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Here’s what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree Required</li> <li>Minimum of 8+ years of GIS analyst experience<br>(a graduate certification or advanced degree may offset 1 year of experience).</li> <li>Experience using ArcGIS, data management tools, and scripting to process large databases supporting GIS activities.</li> <li>Experience using ArcGIS Suitability Modeling on a nationwide basis to identify optimal locations aligned with specific goals.</li> <li>Demonstrated relevant knowledge and experience with multi‑state and/or national public safety communications programs or projects.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in problem‑solving when handling large datasets within ArcGIS.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience using crowdsourced data to produce insights that support investment activities.</li> <li>Familiarity integrating diverse datasets (crowdsourced, RAN inputs, third‑party GIS sources) for nationwide analysis.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New
