This role partners closely with project managers, finance leads, and resource owners to maintain high-quality data, streamline processes, and enable informed decision-making.<br><br></p> <p><strong>What you need</strong></p> <ul> <li>US Citizen on US soil (required)</li> <li>Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently</li> <li>Ability to identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations for improvement.</li> <li>Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to develop strong professional relationships with fellow team members</li> <li>Experience in Financial Management activities, ex: ability to build and update financial forecasts, manage Estimated‑at‑Completion (EAC) calculations, and reconcile actuals vs. plan.</li> <li>Skilled in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus if you have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficiency using Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, Power Query) for financial reconciliation, labor forecasting, and NPR calculations</li> <li>Experience using AI tools to build and communicate out Financial Management and Resource Management Dashboards</li> <li>Experience producing standardized PMO deliverables (charters, status decks, dashboards)</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
