They will be responsible for reading and understanding AFS's contracts and appropriately setting up contracts in Deltek Costpoint based on their knowledge of Costpoint and AFS's business. <span data-teams="true">This includes leveraging ServiceNow to initiate and manage project setup requests, ensuring seamless and compliant creation of projects within Costpoint based on a strong understanding of both the system and AFS business requirements.</span> This individual will also work closely to coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure agreement on key contract terms and conditions for project setup. </p> <p>This role will also supervise day-to-day activities of a team of project setup analysts. This includes training on project setup processes, review and approval of project setup actions prior to completion in the accounting system, and providing real-time performance feedback.
