You will promote Agile quality practices so the team can meet its goals. Identify and work to mitigate impediments. Facilitate all team meetings, including (but not limited to) the Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospective. Guide the team in estimating the team’s work. Keep the team focused on daily and sprint goals to include achieving results, quality, flow, and velocity. Identify functional requirements and create user stories. Test developed stories and ensure application quality. Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
