This role demands a deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Cyber Defense to ensure the protection of organizational assets and data integrity.</p> <p><strong>What you do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead program management support functions for the security workstream, including staffing specialized cyber resources and budgeting for security software.</li> <li>Execute cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring compliance with NIST, FISMA, or SOC 1/SOC 2 within an ERP environment.</li> <li>Oversee FedRAMP and ATO (Authority to Operate) processes.</li> <li>Facilitate the audit lifecycle by serving as the central point of contact for audit inquiries and managing evidence collection.</li> <li>Monitor and report on security posture through executive-level dashboards on risk exposure and audit-readiness activities.</li> <li>Provide strategic input on cybersecurity tools, IAM, encryption standards, and secure integration with external interfaces.</li> <li>Translate technical vulnerabilities into business-risk impact statements for leadership.</li> <li>Align cybersecurity goals with business objectives to support user productivity and system performance.</li> <li>Mentor and develop security analysts to enhance their understanding of cybersecurity challenges and GRC automation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Compliance Risk Management</li> <li>Cybersecurity</li> <li>Cybersecurity Risk Management</li> <li>Strong Communication Skills</li> <li>Extensive experience in Cybersecurity and Audit</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity Frameworks such as NIST, FISMA, or SOC 1/SOC 2</li> <li>Familiarity with FedRAMP and ATO processes</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with CISOs, Internal Auditors, and technical architects</li> <li>Proficiency in risk management and mitigation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>US Citizen</li> <li>Active Secret security clearance</li> <li>Must be local to Washington, D.C.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for
