Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more. </div> <div> </div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div> </div> </div></div><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <p>The Requirements Analyst will establish and maintain the system requirements management environment for the System.</p> <p><strong>The work:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Document and track all system requirements from inception through implementation, ensure full traceability, and manage the requirements management process to support all systems engineering and development activities.</li> <li>Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders, analyze and refine requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable, and establish requirements baseline for each release.</li> <li>Manage requirements changes through a formal control process, create requirements verification matrices to track testing and validation, and generate requirements status reports for program management.</li> <li>Develop and maintain requirements management tools and processes, train team members on requirements best practices, and ensure requirements align with program objectives and constraints.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Must have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8 years of experience with systems engineer/integration, or eliciting, managing, and documenting requirements</li> <li>Familiar with Agile, traceability, testability, or change control</li> </ul> <p><strong>Security Clearance:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
