You’ll maintain configuration plans, change processes, technical integrations, and documentation while collaborating with analysts, developers, system partners, and platform teams.</p> <p>You will support Nuvolo and ServiceNow application configuration, manage Change Requests, and maintain CI data across Jira, Confluence, GitHub, the ServiceNow CMDB, and Nuvolo modules.
