Bridges business requirements with technical design while ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and federal security requirements. Operates with significant architectural authority, leading solution design activities across multiple ServiceNow modules and guiding technical teams through complex implementation decisions.</p> <p><strong>The work you'll do</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Develops enterprise aligned architectural deliverables including data models, integration patterns, platform guardrails, and module specific solution designs.</li> <li>Defines the technical strategy for implementing new capabilities across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or other program specific areas.</li> <li>Evaluates and advises on platform capabilities, integration options, data structures, and performance considerations.</li> <li>Governs adherence to best practices, coding standards, and platform maintainability across solution delivery.</li> <li>Supports feasibility assessments, backlog shaping, and technical sizing activities.</li> <li>Partners with Technical Architects and Functional Leads to ensure solution designs are both technically sound and aligned to business requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's what you'll need</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Solution architecture experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow platform architecture</li> <li>Federal or Intelligence Community experience</li> <li>ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points if you have</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>ServiceNow CTA, CMA, multiple CIS certifications</li> </ul> <p><strong>Security clearance</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="au
