Work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance applications leveraging cloud native and cloud agnostic services. </span><strong><span data-teams="true"> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span data-teams="true">Responsibilities:<br></span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-teams="true">Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Java and cloud technologies.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Implement microservices architecture and develop RESTful APIs.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes and ensure continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud environments.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Implement security best practices to protect cloud-native applications and data.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, reliability, and security.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Work with cross-functional teams, including architects, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability</span><strong><span data-teams="true"><br></span></strong></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-teams="true">Here's what you need:<br></span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-teams="true">Active DOD Secret clearance required and willingness to work onsite 2-3 days per week in Arlington, VA.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Experience with cloud-native development and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with a strong preference for AWS.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Proficiency in building microservices and RESTful APIs using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.</span></li> <li><
