Technical support to make application security compliant. Responsible for tech precepts implementation and customer support.</p> <p><strong>The work you'll do</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>System Design & Implementation: Design, install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.</li> <li>Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure high availability.</li> <li>Security & Redundancy: Implement and maintain robust security measures, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.</li> <li>Automation & Scripting: Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.</li> <li>Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network components.</li> <li>Collaboration: Work closely with developers, management, and other departments to understand requirements and deliver solutions.</li> <li>Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system architecture, procedures, and support.</li> <li>Technology Evaluation: Research and assess emerging technologies for potential upgrades or new implementations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's what you'll need</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math).</li> <li>2+ years of experience in system engineering, testing, or DevOps roles.</li> <li>Proven experience configuring CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of Jenkins, Linux/Unix, version control (Git), and scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar).</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile development practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points if you have</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.</li> <li>Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).</li> <li>Experience with test frameworks.</li> <li>Experience with Jenkins.</li> <li>Experience with Git.</li> <li>Strategic thinking and big-picture perspective.</li> <li>Strong time management and organizational skills.</li> <li>A passion for IT and continuous learning.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Security clearance</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required.</li> </ul> <p>&nbs
