Job Description
<p>AcuityMD, Inc seeks Product Designer in Boston, MA</p> <p><br>Job Duties: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences through the<br>collection, analysis, and application of key customer data points to understand, question, and<br>improve user experiences. Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to obtain key data points<br>regarding customer pain points, goals, objectives, and usability concerns throughout their journey<br>with the healthcare system. Utilize findings to propose targeted solutions to influence the<br>Engineering team’s design of new products with customized visuals and interactions to improve user<br>experience. Create interactive data visualization tables, charts, graphs, and dashboards that clearly<br>illustrate how patients interact with multiple doctors and treatments over time, enabling sales<br>representatives to identify which doctors are seeing patients with relevant conditions to prioritize<br>outreach, meet sales goals, and improve patient outcomes and hospital cost efficiencies. Provide<br>strategic, data-driven insights identifying how hospital catchment zones and health systems are<br>most likely to benefit from Acuity products, enabling the sales organization to ensure the efficient<br>deployment and logistical management of resources to hospitals and medical facilities to improve<br>patient care and cost savings. Create robust data products within a Business-to-Business (B2B)<br>SaaS framework that empowers commercial organizations within medical device companies to<br>efficiently target appropriate healthcare providers and drive the innovative design and adoption of<br>customized medical devices and technologies to market. Full-time telecommuting permitted from<br>anywhere within the U.S.</p> <p><br>Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer<br>Engineering, or a closely related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job<br>offered or a related occupation.</p> <p><br>Special Skill Requirements:<br>1. Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research (including user interviews,<br>surveys, and usability testing) and synthesizing insights into product requirements (3 years)<br>2. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management,<br>data, and commercial teams) in an agile or iterative product development environment (4 years)<br>3. Experience designing data-driven user experiences for B2B SaaS platforms, including<br>workflow-based enterprise applications (3 years)<br>4. Experience creating interactive data visualizations (tables, charts, graphs, dashboards) for<br>analytical and operational use cases (3 years)<br>5. Experience applying customer and platform data to inform UX and product design decisions,<br>including user journey mapping and behavioral analysis (3 years)<br>6. Experience translating research findings into product design specifications for engineering<br>teams, including interaction design and visual system requirements (3 years)<br>7. Experience designing software products that operate on sensitive data within highly<br>regulated industries, with demonstrated understanding of complex operational workflows and<br>compliance constraints (2 years)</p> <p><br>EOE, including disability/vets.<br>Salary: $161,803.00-198,000.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.<br>Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
